Big Tom's Pest Control

Big Tom's Pest Control

Big Tom's Pest Control is a Cedar City pest control company registered as Big Toms Pest Control LLC. Its web address now leads to Newby's Pest, Lawn & Weeds, whose site still carries the Big Tom's name, so expect to see both names. The phone number is (435) 586-7337.

Services

The company lists general pest control, termite treatment and VA termite inspections for real estate transactions, along with weed control, lawn care and fruit tree care. It describes its service area as Southern Utah, including Cedar City and St. George. It does not publish office hours, so call to schedule.

Pests in Iron County

Cedar City sits nearly 3,000 feet higher than St. George, so it sees colder winters and a shorter warm season. Spiders, ants and wasps are common warm-weather problems, and rodents move indoors when temperatures drop in the fall. Termite inspections are a routine part of many home sales, particularly for VA-financed purchases, which typically require one.

Lawn and Tree Care

Iron County's short growing season makes weed control and fruit tree care a regular need for homeowners, and combining those services with pest control can simplify scheduling. Ask about plans and pricing when you call.
